The vinegared octopus of Preveza is prepared from carefully selected octopus. We boil it like at home, to preserve its natural flavor, then traditionally marinate it in organic vinegar and Mediterranean aromatic spices.  We serve it with roasted pepper, fresh oregano and garlic.

Serving: Serve it thinly sliced with extra virgin olive oil. Pair it with fava beans and warm, toasted bread for the perfect tasting experience.

PREVEZANOU. Our story begins in 1998, when Mrs. Frederica opened our first fish shop in Preveza, in order to offer the fresh fish brought by her husband, Mr. Sotiris, from the Ionian and Amvrakikos seas. Our course continues with the establishment of the Tou Prevezanou craft industry in 2016, by the second generation of the family.

Our goal is to create quality seafood products, utilizing traditional recipes and our love for the sea. Our philosophy: Quality and authenticity in each product.

Our craft is based on traditions and respect for the sea. We select the best raw materials and ensure that each of our products reflects the authenticity and coolness of the sea.
