You may choose between Delivery Service or Self Pick-Up.

DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY

We offer NEXT DAY delivery as follows:

• Orders received by 1:00pm Monday-Saturday will be delivered on the following day.
• Orders received after 1:00pm Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Instead of NEXT DAY delivery you may opt for delivery during another date of your preference. Please specify your preferred date in the Notes during checkout.

Note: No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

In case you have any special request, such as same day delivery, let us know; same day delivery can be arranged, assuming you notify us before 1:00pm, at an extra delivery charge of 100 HKD for which you will receive a separate invoice.

If you are living in a walk-up building (no lift), you must pick-up your parcel downstairs. The driver will call you upon arrival to notify you. You can let us know in advance and request delivery up the stairs. In this case, Gastronom will send you a separate invoice of 50 HKD for that service.

Chilled or frozen products are best not left out on the doorstep. Please make sure that someone is there to receive your order. In the event of second (or subsequent) delivery arrangement, we cannot guarantee the freshness of our products. In such case Gastronom will be unable to replace the order if you are not satisfied with it.

Deliveries will be postponed until further notice when the Red Rainstorm Signal, Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher is hoisted.

SELF PICK UP

You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our warehouse located at: Unit B, 12 Floor, Reality Tower, 4 Sun On Street, Chai Wan. Please call us in advance at 5110-0938 (WhatsApp/Mobile). Pick up available 10am – 6pm Mon-Friday (except public holidays).

Parking: There is a Wilson Parking right around the corner, 160m away, located on 8 Sun Yip Street (160m away).

DELIVERY SERVICE AREA

Door to door delivery service for Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and Discovery Bay.

Excluded areas: Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted districts.

If your address is in an area that is not covered, you may contact us to propose alternative solutions: delivery to another address or organize a special delivery. In the case of a special delivery, the extra cost incurred will be charged to you.

DELIVERY CHARGES

• Orders above 900HKD are delivered for FREE.
• Orders below 900HKD are subjected to 100HKD delivery charges
• You may choose Self Pick Up. In this case there are no charges and no limits in the order amount.
