INGREDIENTS: Meat filling 42% (pork 52%, beef 16%, drinking water, onions, table salt, spices). Dough 58% (WHEAT FLOUR, drinking water, WHOLE EGG, rapeseed oil, table salt),
Preparation: Put the frozen pelmeni in 3 liters of boiling salted water. Bring the pelmeni to the boil briefly. Continue cooking at medium heat for about 6-7 minutes. Remove the pelmeni with a slotted spoon, arrange with pieces of butter and serve hot.
Refinement suggestion: Garnish cooked pelmeni with sour cream to taste.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
