Traditional boiled Doctor’s sausage in a natural casing is made according to a classic recipe from selected pork and beef with the addition of natural spices in accordance with GOST requirements, according to which the product belongs to the first grade. The sausage has a characteristic meaty taste with creamy notes, a homogeneous dense texture, and is easily cut into beautiful slices of the desired thickness, strips or cubes. Perfect for preparing traditional Olivier salad, Okroshka soup, homemade cakes or breakfast sandwiches.
