Original Boiled Sausage Doctorskaya Raznas is an Eastern European-style pork bologna, characterized by a smooth texture, pale pink color, and mild seasoning. It is a traditional “diet” product known for being low in fat. Boiled sausage (bologna-style) crafted from a mix of pork (44%), chicken (22%). Known for its light pink color and delicate texture, this sausage offers a rich flavor of spice extracts. It is ideal for breakfast, sandwiches, or salads.
